❀ Please note all Sunday /Monday & Holiday appointments come with a $50 fee. Those two days are not business days.❀ DEPOSIT: ❀ All deposits are Nonrefundable and are required upon booking any service. I do not refund unless I cause the inconvenience. ❀ REMAINING BALANCE: ❀ Remaining balance must be paid in EXACT CASH at the start of your appointment. You refuse to pay I refuse to service. ❀ LATE POLICY : ❀ There is no grace period. If you are late your appointment will cancel and the deposit will remain nonrefundable. ❀ RESCHEDULING POLICY: ❀ Reschedule 72/48 hours in advance. No rescheduling the day of. You can only reschedule your appointment ONCE. You cannot reschedule a sale, but if you must it will revert back to original price. If you are sick / experiencing any types or bumps/abrasions please reschedule otherwise you’ll be asked to leave your appointment and the deposit will remain nonrefundable. ❀ AFTER CARE STEPS: ❀ Do not pick or pull at your lashes. Do not constantly rub/touch lashes. Be sure to lash bath and keep them clean. Do not sleep on your face or apply makeup/face oils and products to your lashes. ❀ FILL APPOINTMENTS: ❀ When booking a lash fill (2-3weeks) you must maintain clean lashes. You are allowed one refill and then you will require a new set. You must have 80% of your lashes extensions left to get a fill. Please send me a picture of your lashes before booking a refill. ❀ ❀ I do not work over techs work. Please message me before booking for this type of service. If not you will be cancelled and the deposit will be Nonrefundable. ❀ ❀ If you decide you do not like your lash set please be sure to let me know before leaving my shop. After your appointment session is over it I am not responsible for your lash set. If you have an allergic reaction or any irritation with the lash set please let me know within 24/72hrs. If your lashes are shedding let me know within 24hrs or I will not fix free of charge. If you desire to have a removal if any problems occur let me know immediately. The removal service will be free. ❀ ❀ When booking you receive a confirmation email/text from my website immediately. I will also send a reminder confirmation text out 24hrs prior to your lash appointment. This message will include my address, time, date, and the remaining balance info. All services and deposits are nonrefundable. ❀ NO CALL NO SHOW: ❀ After the first no call no show you will blocked from my booking site and charged 20% of the remaining balance owed. If you have to cancel you may do so by email or by contacting me by iMessage or social media. All my contact information is linked on my website and social media platforms. ❀ SQUEEZE IN: ❀ Contact me for inquiries on squeeze in appointments they are $30 extra.
