Please note all Sunday appointments come with a $30 fee. DEPOSIT: A Nonrefundable $20 deposit is required upon booking a full set as well as an $10 Nonrefundable deposit when booking a fill. REMAINING BALANCE: Remaining balance must be paid in EXACT CASH and at the start of your appointment. You re refuse to pay I refuse to service. No digital forms of payment accepted. LATE POLICY : If you’re going to be late please contact me. Lashes are very time consuming so there is no grace period. If you’re late without contacting me your appointment will be canceled and the nonrefundable is deposit will be terminated meaning you can not reuse. You will have to rebook. RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you are rescheduling an appointment for a different day/time please contact me atleast 24-48hrs ahead of time. You can only reschedule twice. Your original deposit will still be honored. Any time after two times of rescheduling you will have to rebook with a new deposit. If I cancel your appointment your deposit will be refunded in full through my website to the card you booked with. Please give deposits atleast 72hrs to return to your card. If YOU cancel your appointment the deposit will remain Nonrefundable. AFTER CARE STEPS: Do not wet your lashes, Use a Lash bath to clean your lashes - Clean lashes last longer, Brush your lashes as needed daily, Do not sleep on your face or pull/pick at your lashes. Do not use extreme heat/open flames by your lashes. Daily fall out of 2-3 lashes is normal. As your natural lash grows/sheds the extensions will also. Lash Extensions can last if you take care of them properly. FILL APPOINTMENTS: When booking a lash fill (2-3weeks) you must maintain clean lashes! You are allowed 2 fills and then you will require a NEW SET. You must have 80% of your lashes extensions left to get a fill. If you can count how many lashes you have left you are not eligible for a lash fill. Remember to pre-book your fills! I normally do not work over techs work. Please message me before booking for this type of service. If not you will be cancelled and the deposit will be Nonrefundable. If you decide you do not like your lash set please be sure to let me know before leaving my shop. After your appointment session is over it I am not responsible for your lash set. If you have an allergic reaction or any irritation with the lash set please let me know within 24/72hrs. If your lashes are shedding let me know within 24hrs or I will not fix free of charge. If you desire to have a removal if any problems occur let me know immediately. The removal service will be free. I will send a reminder confirmation text out 24hrs prior to your lash appointment or the morning of at 7:30am. When booking you receive a confirmation email/text from my website immediately. These messages/ emails will include my address, time, date, and the remaining balance info. All services and deposits are nonrefundable. NO CALL NO SHOW: After the first no call no show you will blocked from my booking site and charged 50% of the remaining balance owed. If you have to cancel you may do so by email or by contacting me by iMessage or social media. All my contact information is linked on my website and social media platforms. Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel an appointment, please cancel 24-48 hours in advance. There will be NO refund unless I cancel your appointment‼️ if you no-call , no-show for your appointment you will not be able to book on my site again.
